Terms and Conditions:

1.  Deposits are non-refundable.  The seller may (at their sole discretion may) elect to transfer the deposit to another puppy of the same litter, or another puppy from a future litter.
2. Deposits will hold the puppy until the puppy is ready for pick-up/delivery as outlined in the sales agreement.
3. Unless otherwise specified in the sales agreement (in writing) Pet Only means the puppy is being sold with no registration papers
4. Unless otherwise specified in the sales agreement (in writing) puppy sold as Pet Only shall have the ability to purchase registration papers within 1 year from the delivery date for the additional fees listed in the sales agreement.
